I specialise in Fine Art portraiture that goes beyond the surface, capturing the depth, emotion, and essence of who you are. I’m an award winning Palmerston North photographer, who creates portraits that reflect love, identity, and the connections that define us.

What is a fine art portrait?
A fine art portrait makes us stop and really see. It slows down time and captures something you can hold onto, display in your home, giving it the weight and presence it deserves in a digital age where images are so easily forgotten.
How do the fine art sessions work?
My fine art portrait sessions are held in my fully equipped homestead studio; a calm, weather-proof space with wooden floors so little mishaps are easily accommodated! I offer just 3 sessions a week, so early booking is essential, especially for special dates. Sessions in your own home are available on request, with travel charged at $1/km if more than 25k’s outside Palmerston North.
Once your deposit is paid, we’ll plan a Pre-shoot consultation to discuss make-up, hair-styling, outfits, and your vision. You’re also welcome to borrow from my beautiful client wardrobe, with dresses available in a range of colours and sizes.
What happens after the photoshoot?
After your photoshoot, you'll be invited to a Reveal Session, either in-studio or via Zoom, around 2–3 weeks later. Together, we’ll select your favourite portraits and decide how you’d like to enjoy them: framed pieces, canvases, matted prints, a print collection in a keepsake box, or digital files. Discounts apply for multiples. Orders are placed at the Reveal Session, with delivery in 2-6 weeks.
